Combat Anxiety/Panic

depression-imadulation.png

Just listen, and interrupt the stress response, breathe naturally and deeply, and feel your mind become quiet and calm.

Anxiety and panic have a lot to do with actual and perceived stressors and how your physical body responds to your thoughts. Fearful negative thoughts, shallow chest breathing and breath holding can activate the sympathetic nervous system  and can trigger feelings of anxiety and panic. Imadulation recordings include breath re-training and mindfulness training.

Daily listening as part of a meditation practice coupled with aromatherapy to calm the limbic system, can help re train your nervous system to reduce  feelings of anxiety and panic and instill calm, serenity and inner peace.
