[Dallas, TX, August 7, 2006] – Imadulation International, LP. announced at Baylor University Medical Center the release of “Guided Imagery for Chemotherapy”, a guided meditation audio CD designed to enhance well-being and reduce unwanted symptoms in patients undergoing chemotherapy. Created by Dallas native, Ellen Chernoff Simon, a behavioral health specialist, this CD is one of a series of targeted guided imagery audio CD’s designed to enhance healing states of relaxation and well-being.

A national art competition sponsored by Gilda’s Club Worldwide, “Snapshot of Survival”, will exhibit paintings from August 3-15th at Baylor Charles A . Sammons’ Cancer  Center at Baylor University Medical Center, Collins Lobby, 3409 Worth Street, Dallas. All of the competition artists are survivors of colon cancer and are from around the country.  Fashion designer Carmen Marc Valvo, who is designer to some of this country’s leading stars, including Beyonce Knowles, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Oprah Winfrey and, for this year's Oscars, Queen Latifah, was a celebrity judge for Snapshot of Survival.

A painting by Arlington resident Patty McClelen, is one of the winning paintings and is highlighted in a story by CBS news. Ms. McClelen contacted Ellen Chernoff Simon to let her know her winning painting was inspired by Ellen’s CD, “Guided Imagery for Chemotherapy”.
