Meditation and Stress Relief
How do our bodies handle stress? Discuss the sources of stress and strategies for helping kids and adults cope with the mountains and molehills of life. The workshop will conclude with a lesson in meditation by Ellen Chernoff Simon.

North Texas Rehabilitation Center, North Texas Pain Management Center, is participating in validation studies at both the chronic pain and physical rehabilitation centers. Sound Solutions for Health™, a comprehensive pain and stress management guided imagery program is now standard of care for patients in these centers. Outcome measurements are implemented for ensure not only quality care but also validation of effectiveness.
Mockingbird Rehab and Magnolia Workskills, have implemented ourSound Solutions for Health™ programs daily as a standard of care, and receive daily reports by patients on improvement on many levels from increased hope and energy levels, enhanced coping skills, ability to manage stress, quicker recovery and improved self esteem and sleep.
